The Panasonic Lumix S5 4K Mirrorless Camera is a high-quality, high-performance hybrid full-frame mirrorless camera developed specifically for multimedia makers, allowing you to present your ideas in stunning clarity and color. Still photographs and video come to life with the latest developments in image resolution, image stabilization, and autofocus, all housed in the lightweight, compact, and robust Lumix body. The LUMIX S5 is powered by a 24.2-megapixel 35mm full-frame CMOS sensor with a wide dynamic range and good sensitivity performance enabled by sufficient light condensation. With the use of Dual Native ISO technology, the LUMIX S5 is also capable of capturing maximum ISO51200 crystal-clear high sensitivity video. The LUMIX, as a pioneer of photo/video hybrid mirrorless cameras, has the most cameras that capture 4K 10-bit video*2. The LUMIX S5, the newest member of the line, is capable of 4K 60p/50p 4:2:0 10-bit internal recording and 4K 30p/25p 4:2:2 10-bit external recording. It can also output 4K 60p/50p 4:2:2 10-bit HDMI. There is no time limit for 4K 30p/25p 4:2:0 8-bit internal recording. Panasonic's outstanding heat dispersion technology enables steady, long-term video recording. The LUMIX S5 has a dynamic range of 14+ stops, which is comparable to that of cinema cameras, as well as V-Log / V-Gamut compatibility with popular colorimetry known as VariCam Look.
